If your SSD develops a defect in materials or workmanship—under normal use and within the endurance ratings we publish—you can count on us to make it right.
What’s Covered
Manufacturing Defects: Any failure caused by faulty components or assembly.
Endurance Guarantees: If your drive exceeds its specified TBW or DWPD limits and fails as a result.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not apply to damage from:
Physical impact, liquid spills, or extreme shocks
Electrostatic discharge or power surges
Installation of non‑approved firmware or unauthorized modifications
Operation outside the temperature, humidity, or voltage ranges in our user guide
How to Request Service
Check Your Reseller Policy: If you bought from a retailer, see whether they offer returns or exchanges first.
Submit a Warranty Claim: If you need us to step in, visit our online support portal. You’ll need your proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue.
Fast Turnaround: Once we receive and inspect the drive, we’ll ship a replacement—usually within one to two weeks.
